The Showcase Concept
Sankho Kun is a content creator and YouTuber focused on minimalist lifestyles and creative growth. This project was developed by Solicate as a spec-to-portfolio case study to demonstrate how a storytelling-focused layout can capture a personal brand's essence better than standard social grids.
The site serves as a live portfolio demo hosted at `sankho.solicate.in`, offering brand managers an organized, visual narrative of his creative history.
The Challenge & Solution
YouTubers often struggle to organize their diverse work (videos, journals, photography, podcasts) into a single, cohesive layout. A basic list of video links looks cluttered and fails to communicate their brand's philosophy. The challenge was building an editorial-style archive that paced his content thoughtfully.
We built a grid system incorporating large whitespace blocks, clean sans-serif typography, and descriptive text sections, allowing the creator's philosophy to take center stage alongside his visual assets.
